Geronimo´s proudly presents WICKERMÄN vs LOST WISDOM!

Wickermän was born from a desire to take stoner riffs and fuzzy guitars and put them into songs that you could hear on the radio.
Wickermän’s music is an expression and an attempt to reflect the existential crisis that is to be a human in modern society. Self-realization is mixed with mental illness, lust for life with existential anxiety. “The desire to sit in the grass and play with pine cones for a while but not being able to anymore, because you have become an adult”. 

With inspiration taken from the “generator parties” scene in the 90s in the U.S.A, Wickermän expresses in a musical spirit the mystery that is to be human. The band was formed in 2025 and quickly released their first single ”Day of the Locust” the same year, shortly afterwards the next single ”Dagsländan” was released, which unexpectedly with its Swedish lyrics was played on radio in England (Hour of the riff). The EP ”Spider Pet” was released on January 3rd, 2026 and also received attention on the same radio channel. The band spent a large part of 2025 playing relatively regularly around Stockholm. (Jakobs bar, Broder Tuck, Engelen, Southside gallery & Paviljong Subterra among others). 

The band recently finished recording their second EP titled “EVIL TWIN” that is to be released late 2026, and the plan for summer is to release singles from this upcoming EP and spend the summer playing live around Sweden.

Wickermän currently consists of Georg Asplund, Otto Hjälmberg and Erik Wikström who met for the first time at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm. Wickermän can be categorized as a band with strong associations with the “stoner” genre, although with three academics at the forefront. Think doom, but a little smarter.
